Refund Policy
At TGWatches, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Our return and refund policy allows you to return your item within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags. Items that show signs of wear or damage, as well as custom orders and gift cards, cannot be returned. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return process, which should be emailed to info@tgwatches.co.uk.
Refund Processing
When returning an item, please email us with your order details and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. For such cases, please contact us at info@tgwatches.co.uk. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, email us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
